The Mentor Protégé Program was established to assist certified, minority and/or women-owned engineering firms (Protégés) to grow and develop their businesses under the guidance of prime firms (Mentors).

This allows us to have a specific, desired skill set and increase our expertise and marketability, distinguishing us from our competitors.

Review Protégés’ business and action plans, key indicators such as cash flow & projects, and recommend areas of improvement.

Follow up on mutual agreements for action, and submit Program Evaluation Assessments at designated intervals.

Present complete and up-to-date information in a timely manner, and implement agreed upon changes.

Request assistance as necessary, and submit Program Evaluation Assessments at designated intervals.
